Designed and implemented over the past 18 years, the ADA University campus is characterized by its park-like setting with over 240 native plants. Phase III expands the campus by approximately 10 hectares (25 acres), transforming a former industrial site into a beautifully landscaped natural setting for the new School of Design and Architecture and the new School of Agriculture and Food Sciences. A central feature of the south campus is a series of ponds and a stream fed by a natural aquifer.

The new School of Architecture and Design - created in partnership with Politecnico di Milano-will house programs in Architecture, Design, and Urban Planning. Conceived as a bright, open environment, the building is designed to inspire creativity and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Organized around a series of double-height commons and flexible studio spaces, the school emphasizes project-based learning. Its program includes traditional and open studios, classrooms, fabrication labs, a materials library, and a network of student commons that support individual inquiry and team-based projects.

School of Agricultural and Food Sciences (SAFS) is a new academic center established in collaboration with the University of Bologna. Offering bachelor's, master's, and non-degree certificate programs, SAFS is designed to address the urgent challenges facing the agricultural and food sectors through research-driven, community-responsive education. Programs are developed in partnership with public authorities, industry stakeholders, and local communities, ensuring that students are engaged with real-world issues.

The building itself reflects this mission of connection and innovation. Organized along a central interior avenue, it brings together classrooms, teaching labs, and scientific research spaces to support both structured learning and hands-on experimentation. Formal and informal student commons are integrated throughout, offering spaces for focused study, collaborative work, and community engagement. At the northern end of the avenue, a large assembly and event hall serves as a platform for innovation expos, conferences, and campus-wide gatherings. To the south, the building opens onto a beautifully landscaped park and arboretum, where an open-tiered classroom blurs the boundary between learning and landscape.
